Written by I am as frugal as they come! But there are a few things I will splurge on because they really make my life better…Moleskine journals* are one of those things.
It is hard for me to slow down to journal so I need tools that make the process more enjoyable and let me get into a flow more easily.
Moleskine journals* do that for a couple reasons.
- They are sturdy. They hold firm while you are writing even if you are doing so with only your lap or your hand for support.
- The paper is high quality. It is not slick. It holds the ink very well because there is ample thickness and texture.
- They are very durable. I am apparently very hard on journals. All of the journals I have owned in the past fell apart very quickly. To be fair, most of those were gifts from some conference or company. My Moleskine* goes with me about everywhere and it looks brand new after six months of use.
